The Directors of Stroud Book Festival are delighted to announce Bailey Paints Ltd as the headline sponsors of Stroud Book Festival. This is their third successive year sponsoring the Festival, which last year drew record ticket sales and sell-out events.
This year Bailey Paints Ltd have extended their support to include sponsorship of the Festival’s headline event, Ian McEwan, talking about his latest novel “Machines Like Me” on Friday 8th November at 20:15 at the Subscription Rooms, Stroud. Ian McEwan, Patron of Stroud Book Festival, has been described as our foremost storyteller and will be in conversation with Professor Jon Cook of the University of East Anglia. As anticipated, tickets to the event are selling out fast, full details and link to our box office here.
Richard Townsend, Managing Director of Bailey Paints says: “We are very proud to be supporting the Stroud Book Festival again this year. It is wonderful to see such a fantastic event occurring in Stroud, and it means a great deal to us to be involved.”
Stroud Book Festival Director Paul McLaughlin adds: “We are delighted to have the generous participation of Bailey Paints again this year. The festival would not exist without the backing of local businesses, and we are so grateful for their increased support as the Headline Sponsor.”
