SAFETY AND COVID-19
During the five days of our Festival, our number one priority is our guests’ and team's safety and wellbeing.
Stroud Book Festival will be held in venues across Stroud, with the majority of the events taking place at Stroud Subscription Rooms & Lansdown Hall. Each of our venues has a Covid Safety Plan in place.
Upon arrival at all Stroud Book Festival Events, please remember to:
- Respect any social distancing that may be in place.
- Have your ticket printed or visible on your phone for the steward to check.
- Follow any signage and instructions given.
Hand sanitising stations will be placed outside/inside each toilet location, plus additional hand sanitisers will be placed at the entrance to the event venues.
All staff will be fully aware of the appropriate safety procedures and will adhere to all government guidelines.
Whilst we’re delighted to be staging a live, in-person Festival, if the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that life is full of uncertainties. This means that our programme will inevitably be susceptible to change, so please check our website regularly for the latest updates, particularly if we have to move to a Covid contingency plan.
We look forward very much to welcoming you to this year’s Stroud Book Festival.
